Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. Because many Roseline E. Studio pieces are handmade or created using natural stones, beads, shells, and other materials, slight variations in color, pattern, shape, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.
Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, or incorrect product information. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and available shipping methods are provided at checkout. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Exchanges & Final Sale Items
Purchases are subject to our Exchange & Final Sale Policy. Roseline E. Studio does not accept returns for refunds. Eligible jewelry may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our policy. Earrings and original artwork are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Product Care
Jewelry should be handled with care. Exposure to water, oils, perfumes, chemicals, or improper storage may affect the appearance or longevity of materials. Normal wear, accidental damage, or damage resulting from improper care is not considered a product defect.
