Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time shown at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
Roseline E. Studio currently ships within the United States.
For jewelry and other eligible products, the following shipping options may be available:
- Standard Shipping: $8
- Express Shipping: $15
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $70 or more
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Original Artwork
Original artwork is shipped separately from jewelry and is subject to its own shipping rates. Shipping costs for artwork are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package details.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Roseline E. Studio is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
